Single piece chassis

The JCB Loadall chassis is one single fabrication, not a bolted-together frame. That extra weight low in the machine means less flex, less metal fatigue and a telehandler that stays tight and square after thousands of hours of loading, stacking and towing.

In-house manufacture

JCB builds the whole machine: the body, the boom, the axles and hubs, the engine and the transmission. Every major component is designed to work with the others, and every one of them is backed by the same JCB parts and service network across New Zealand.

Super strong boom

The Loadall boom is built for a lifetime of heavy lifting. Keyhole mounting for the ram pins spreads load through the boom plates rather than the pin bosses, so the pivot points last longer and stay tight for longer.
